The Offense-Defense Challenge Spring 3-Hour Clinic is one of the best ways to get ready for the spring season.

This clinic will feature position-specific station work on both sides of the ball, including:
Shooting and finishing
Dodging and offensive decision-making
Defensive breakdowns and angles of approach
Game-like reps and competition
The session will finish with live offense vs. defense matchups, giving players a chance to apply everything in real, game-speed situations.
